Cloth Works Business Centre & The Business Works are two of four commercial premises in a compound. The premises main door is protected by two five-lever dead locks and roller shutter. Each unit has a five-lever dead lock. Clients have copies of all necessary keys.  There is a burglar alarm and fire alarm fitted.

Windows are of secure metal construction.


Vehicles may be parked outside the premises, when the unit is being attended, at the owners risk.

Easy in - Easy out

Flexible terms. The units are suitable for short, medium or long-term accommodation.

Occupation is by a simple licence rather than a lease, so an occupation can be for any length of time a client wishes (minimum one month).


Payment is by monthly standing order for rent and the other costs. A security bond of one month's rent is held and any damage to the premises or cost of replacement keys will be deducted on leaving.

A month's notice is needed to leave.

References will be taken up before a prospective client is accepted.

A guarantor may be requested, where necessary.
